NFTs sold on ArtFlips are unique digital assets. While you may purchase, trade, or display them, ArtFlips does not guarantee any financial return. Prices fluctuate based on market demand.
Users must create an account to buy, sell, or deposit funds. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Buyers must have sufficient funds in their ArtFlips wallet before purchasing. Sellers agree to provide accurate descriptions and images of their NFTs. Users cannot purchase their own NFTs. All sales are final once approved by the platform.
ArtFlips may charge a service fee on each transaction. Deposits, withdrawals, and purchases are subject to approval and may take up to 24 hours for processing.
Users can deposit ETH into their ArtFlips wallet. A secure wallet address and QR code will be generated for each deposit. Withdrawals require a verified wallet address. ArtFlips reserves the right to approve all deposit and withdrawal requests for security purposes.
All NFTs on ArtFlips are owned by their creators. Purchasing an NFT grants ownership of the digital asset, not the copyright or reproduction rights, unless explicitly stated.
Users may not engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal transactions. Attempting to manipulate auctions, misrepresent NFTs, or violate other users’ rights may result in account suspension.
ArtFlips is not responsible for financial losses, technical issues, or unauthorized access to user accounts. Users participate at their own risk. NFTs may not have tangible value outside the platform.
By creating an account or using ArtFlips, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You may choose to decline, in which case you should not use the platform.
